Think.

The abundance of facts end up reducing their value to us. As a result, we tend to retreat into tribes, guided primarily by our uninformed rage. And we naturally hunger for reinforcement. Television news shows rise to the occasion, offering shouting matches between caricatured opposites competing for ratings. Elected officials are ridiculed as 'wonks' for sharing or even understanding multiple viewpoints, the history of an issues, or its greater context.

Vibe.

Today it's raining out, so instead of doing things out of doors, like running screaming through the free falling water drops, lets sit inside in a haze of incense.

Let's rearrange our room and look at all of the artsy, crafted things we have filled it with. In this way, we can revel in our artsy, craftedness.

Let's drink warm tea and feel the full weight of a melancholy restfulness that dampens the world like a hand tightened drum when the rain falls from the sky.

Let's listen to the pulse of the world as she grows, and know that what grows today, well, will die.
